Welcome to Nexium (“the Bot”), a product of Althronix (“the Company”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please
refrain from using Nexium.
2. Use of the Bot
- Nexium is a trading bot designed for gold trading (XAUUSD). It is intended for individuals and businesses who understand the risks associated with trading.
- By using Nexium, you acknowledge and accept that trading involves significant risk and that past performance does not guarantee future results.
- You are solely responsible for configuring Nexium’s settings, including but not limited to risk management parameters, spread limits, and daily drawdown settings.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Nexium.
- Users are required to ensure compliance with their local laws and regulations before using Nexium.
4. Subscription and Payment
- Nexium is available on a subscription basis, with payment methods including Stripe and cryptocurrency.
- Subscriptions are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
- The Company reserves the right to modify subscription prices with prior notice to users.
5. Intellectual Property
- Nexium and its underlying technology are the intellectual property of Althronix.
- Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Bot without express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Althronix is not liable for any financial losses or damages incurred while using Nexium.
- Users acknowledge that the Bot’s performance is influenced by market conditions, and no guarantees of profit are provided.
7. Termination
Althronix reserves the right to terminate access to Nexium at its sole discretion for any violation of these terms.
8. Updates and Changes
Althronix may update Nexium periodically. It is the user’s responsibility to download updates from the client area when notified.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
- Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Delaware, United States.
